When we hear the terms like "mental health", "emotional well-being", and "stress" the first few words that come to mind are-“depression”, “anxiety” or similar heavy words. But mental and emotional health encompasses much more than that.

At BrightLife, we view mental health on a spectrum, ranging from red (clinical need) to yellow (medium-to-high level of distress) to green (low distress/healthy state of mind). We all fall on that spectrum and it ebbs and flows at different points in our lives.

But most solutions are designed to serve people in the red. 

For example, traditional mental health care systems (therapy and/or medication) are typically designed for individuals in the red zone. 

Brightlife covers the full spectrum- from green to yellow to red. We offer coaching as an alternative to therapy for people in the yellow and green zones. 

Coaching has been shown to help people evolve from past harmful patterns of thinking and improve self-awareness. By participating in coaching sessions, studies have shown improvements in mental health, quality of life, and goal attainment. 

In addition to that, BrightLife also offers a combination of digital tools such as self-guided learning modules, on-demand text consultation with behavioral life coaches, and access to therapists if needed.
