How we choose our experts

We pick depth over noise.

When we bring an expert onto Brightlife, we pick them for what they know best — not because they are loud, not because they are everywhere on Instagram. One expert. One topic. Done well.

01

Identify

We start by talking to the experts we already trust, scanning peer-reviewed research, and reading what is being published in respected Indian and global parenting journals. We look at who is being cited — not who is being clicked.

02

Verify

We dig into credentials, institutional affiliations, training and case work. We read their books, watch their workshops, and check whether their philosophy matches our ethos — calm, evidence-led, respectful of cultural context.

03

Fit

We sit down for long conversations — about parenting, India, joint families, screens, school pressure, and the hard stuff. Only if their values match ours do they come on board to build a course.

How we curate courses

Quality first. Always.

We look for proven interventions and structured programmes — work that has been refined over years through respected Indian institutes, hospitals, schools and organisations like Parwarish and Children First India.

We also actively seek out emerging Indian coaches and child psychologists who are reshaping how families think about discipline, communication, and emotional well-being. If their work inspires us, we explore further — credentials, sample content, ethos fit. Only then do we co-create with them.

We will never put generic, recycled content on Brightlife. If it is not Indian-relevant and research-backed, it does not make it in.

The people behind Brightlife

Meet the experts your family will learn from.

Coaches, child psychologists, paediatricians and educators — each chosen for deep expertise in one area, not a little of everything.

What we believe

Our ethos for the Brightlife journey.

These are the principles every coach, course and conversation on Brightlife is built around.

Foundations over fixes

We help parents build a solid base — values, presence, communication — so they can adapt and solve everyday issues on their own, in their own home, in their own language.

Connection over correction

Connection always comes before correction. A child who feels seen will hear you. A child who feels unseen will fight you.

Science, not folklore

We rely on what we know about how the developing brain, nervous system and body actually work — across pregnancy, infancy, school years and adolescence.

The parent is the product

Our children's behaviour is often a mirror of ours. The fastest way to change a child's behaviour is to look at our own — gently, honestly, without shame.

Different, not lesser

Our children are not smaller versions of us. They are their own people, with their own personalities, intelligences, sensitivities — and deserve to grow into that, not into us.

Always learning

Every age, every child and every family is different. The minute we think we have figured it out, our kid grows. We stay curious — and we ask our experts to do the same.

Want to teach with us?

If you're an Indian parenting expert, child psychologist or therapist — we'd love to talk.

We're always looking for thoughtful, evidence-led voices to join Brightlife. If you have built work that has changed how Indian families think, write to us.
