We want you to feel good about starting. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.
7-Day Parenting Program
If the program is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to justify the request.
Membership
Membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period remains active until it ends.
How to request
Email the Brightlife team from the address you used to purchase, and we will confirm within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
